Excellent, I was after an additional function and worked with one of the customer service reps (Ben) to make the app work for us the way we needed it to - thanks so much!
We used this app in order to start a referral program. Setup was user friendly and support was really quick to answer our concerns. Thanks
Just got off chat with customer rep - Cris. She was so quick to resolve my problem obviously knows her stuff. She even went beyond and above to ensure i was more than please with the app. I rarely write reviews but she sure deserves an acknowledgment of her good work. Moreso the app is so easy to use and only app that could give me the customization i needed for a referral program.....i love the app and customer support was top notch.
Assisting our merchants is our top priority, and we also thank you for writing a wonderful feedback about our services. :)

Just started using the app, and so far very excited about it, but I can't speak too much to its use yet since we just started using it.
I had a small issue the first day when setting it up, but Derek from the Referral Candy team was very helpful and attentive. Thanks, Derek!
Another issue came up and I had a question about integration with the app and Tom was super helpful & quick to respond. Thank you, Tom!

Great app with reasonable amount of back-end control. I needed assistance with some features and Lorraine Garcia was helpful and prompt with responses. I did notice some of the documentation was outdated as the UI in some documentation did not reflect what I was seeing in the RC app.
