Referral Candy & Affiliate

Meets all my needs to set up a referral campaign efficiently. Customer service has been spot on -- in particular, Innah and Roj have been helpful in quickly answering any questions I have and resolving my issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Riz (Lariza). As a new user of ReferralCandy, I had a bunch of questions — even some silly ones, lol. Riz was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. She even went above and beyond by inviting a technical specialist to our demo call to help with the integration, since I’m not a tech person.

I've been using this tool for a bit now, and overall, it's a solid experience! At first, I had a few questions about how to navigate certain features, but once I got the hang of it, it became really intuitive. What stood out most was Jessa's exceptional support—she took the time to answer every question in detail and even included screenshots to make sure I understood each step. That level of clarity and patience made the learning curve so much smoother.

I appreciate how Jessa breaks down complex steps into easy-to-follow parts, which is huge for anyone getting started. Plus, the tool itself is reliable and gets the job done efficiently once you're familiar with it.

I have tried most of the big decently-priced referral apps and this app seems to do almost everything I need. Other ones missed features, or had some things broken. Not everything is perfect in Referral Candy either, but so far seems the best one for my needs. The customer service is excellent and helps fast with the things you don't understand.
