Still early on with the App and haven't used it in full yet, but Derek has been great. Will leave another review when I've tested it in full
We have been using Referral Candy for a very short time and I love that anytime I have a question or doubt as to how to use the back end, Tippy is always there to help with the best attitude and suggestions. He honestly makes it super easy to navigate Referral Candy. Highly recommend this App and if Tippy can help, you're good!

Sherwin was AMAZING!!! Totally stepped me through what was going on with the themes and did some great troubleshooting from the back end. Completely solved my problem that I would never have been able to do on my own. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
Seems good so far, easy to use and the support has been great - both via chat and when I reached out to Jon as I'd made a mistake with customer import - very quick and friendly response to get it all sorted for me.
