While I was having some issues getting the referral app to work, the support team was incredibly helpful. Now the app is working smoothly and if something happens, I know I can always reach out for support.
My experience felt good. Irene, my service specialist today, was very nice, quick to respond to messages, responsive and prompt in resolving my concerns. For this reason, I was very happy with the whole communication process.

Wir nutzen das Referral Candy seit ein paar Tagen. Das Erstellen einer Kampagne und Emails war soweit einfach machbar. Wir hatten eine Rückfrage, die sehr schnell von Jessa überprüft und beantwortet wurde. Toll, dass man sich auf den Kundenservice verlassen kann.
