Referral Candy & Affiliate

I've found the app to be intuitive and easy to set up. I was able to email all past customers to invite them to our new referral program. Derek Benito was very helpful in reviewing our set up and suggesting optimizations.

I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.

So far our experience has been great. After a Skpye all with Ferry I now know how the Referral Candy system works and am really excited to see how it will increase sales in my store!!
