The App runs great and gives good reporting and follow up options. There are some slight tweaks that would needed but nothing that should reduce my star review. Customer service has also responded quickly and taken care of all my needs quickly as well.
Easy to work with the team. They are quick and responsive to your needs.

I used this app and the first month we had a sale. Derek from customer service helped me to set it during a zoom meeting so it is more noticeable and hopefully we will have many more referrals! He was very helpful!!!
I've certainly had some frustrations with Referral Candy over the years, but I will say I think they are continuing to improve and have great customer service. Tomas helped me figure out a big issue with customizing my referral theme and was a huge help. I like that it's easy to get in touch with someone whenever I have a problem.
I really appreciate your great support, especially to Benz. I have asked several questions and the response as really quick and the explanation was very clear.
The app is great. It really helps us to boost revenue. Support from Lorraine was fantastic we set up a full referral programme how we wanted.
