We had a good experience with Referral Candy for a while; the platform is simple and easy to use. We are transitioning to a more robust rewards and referral app that is a better fit for the size of our customer base and our subscription order model. But the Referral Candy team is great and our rep Jon has been very helpful!

We began using Referral Candy and so far are happy with the app. Set up is pretty simple and I find the UI to be intuitive and easy. We haven't seen a huge impact to sales yet, but we've just soft launched, so am hopeful this will pick up once we begin promotion in earnest. Just want to say that where Referral Candy team has shined the most for me is with customer service. Benz in particular has been a HUGE help, and responded almost immediately to any and all inquires I've had regarding set-up and use of the app.

I like that I can create different programs for referral; and ultimately that you make many different pay back options to our customers who are sharing the love. we are just getting started with referral Candy, so I am not sure how we like the functionality yet, but the support has been first rate. Derek was happy to get on a screen share with me to walk me through the basic setup and help us get it launched. very helpful and quick to respond.

App is really easy to install and configure. Customer support is very responsive and quick. This app is a must have!

The app itself has some points of improvement, but I got excellent help from Referral candy's Tom. He really went all the way to find solutions to our problems and made sure we were happy in the end.

Response time was fast. Lorraine was very helpful! Different options were suggested and given which is critical when making a decision.

ReferralCandy is great for us, only thing missing is the possibility to customize the widget.
