Well I guess a HUGE problem with shopify apps is that you find yourself in a new app and it massively lacks customer support. Not Referral Candy. I kicked them an e-mail and these people are really on it! They instantly helped me our with everything in such a professional manner! Finally someone understands excellent customer service. No bs, no bla bla just straight excellent assistance! Cheers
Easy to use tool! It's an all-in-one app for your referral program. Highly customizable. On top of that, an excellent customer service.

I think the app is great if you want an easy way to engage your customers to recommend you to friends& Family.
However, we had some problems to translate everything to German and adapt the design.
For this issue, Derek from the customer service was a great help
Our store is a bit more complex (due to our backend) when it comes to coupons. That said, the functionality of Referral Candy is working for us.
What's more, is Derek's excellent customer service. He's been very helpful throughout (we need more than what I would imagine the regular buy/sell website would) and is so responsive. I've really appreciated all his help throughout the process of getting our program up & running.
Great app. Their customer support is fast and attentive.

Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions.
Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying
