I needed some help setting up an integration with a third party app. I contacted RefferalCandy support and got a response from the lovely customer support agent, Katherine, within 10 seconds! I got the help I needed and all my questions answered. I have tried many refferal apps in the past, but RefferalCandy is definitely the best you can get, and for a fair price. I would reccomend anyone looking for an affiliate or refferal app to give RefferalCandy a try.

I received 10/10 support from Benz Jalali! She had answers to all my questions and helped me with the setup. Excited to get started on using the product to see if it works for us.
I had high hopes for Referral Candy but the service was ineffective and and the customer service was disappointing.
NB: This review is from 2018, about a previous version of ReferralCandy.

Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.
Jon was extremely helpful as he guided me through the steps to set up the app. I was able to link it and test it thanks to his professionalism and patience!
Seems straightforward so far (we've only had it a week) - clear dashboard with easy to read metrics - customer service got back to me within 20 min on a question in chat, thanks for the help Jon!

The interface is great to use. Perfect customer service (Jessa) easy setup and works fine. Would be nice to automaticly had some translations (for the future)

I wanted to find out more information about ReferralCandy, and the support
team was very helpful. Lorraine gave me information to the questions I asked
Dwight from the customer service team was very helpful and quick to respond with the details. This is also valid for the rest of the customer service team. They asked me with all the questions I had. The app is useful and you can customize the templates with your own language etc. but for a small company like us a little bit too expensive at this point of time. I would prefer if it was just a monthly cost besides also adding a commission for them.
