Solid set up instructions by my man Derek. Really intuitive app. Can't wait to watch what it does when it is implemented in full force.
We did not rate the app 5/5 as we are still on a Free trial version, but so far we are pretty happy with it! Also, we could easily put 5/5 to customer service as it was perfect! Tomas K. was very reactive and helpful! Great experience! Will recommend!

The support is great. I´ve some questions, which takes a lot of time to discuss in the chat, i think. So the support was via google meet, was very good and all my questions get answered. Great.
The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.
New to Shopify and to Referral Candy and my experience with Tippy has been hands down the best experience I’ve had to date with any of the apps we have purchased. Tippy took the time to respond to emails and questions quickly, set up a meeting via web, walked me through step by step, made suggestions and made me feel like I had a vested partner in this process. Thank you Tippy and ReferralCandy for you dedication to my success . You truly just raised the bar ! Wow ....
4 stars because there are limits when it comes to customizing emails. but customer service was excellent - shout out to Derek and Lorraine for answering all of my questions and being patient.
