Referral Candy & Affiliate

Just signed up with referral Candy. Tomas and Derek were very helpful on explaining the app and helping me setting it up. I am looking forward to use this app and am excited about it. So far, so good on customer service side.

Fantastic customer service, were very helpful in making sure my campaign was set up correctly. They even went to the effort of calling me and running me through the steps I didn't understand! The best customisation I've seen for a referral app which was important for me as It reflects my store and brand.I would recommend this service to anyone if they want a great way of boosting their sales!

It's a great app for the price, if you're looking for a basic referral program. It's reasonably easy to set up, but with a flew glitches (like when you save edited text, the page always freezes so you have to refresh each time!). The service from Derek was great! Super friendly and responsive.

Prompt customer service will help you through any issues you may encounter. Hadn't really promoted my referral campaign much but I'm seeing results as my store gains new customers.

We required a unique integration with Referral Candy & ReCharge so the setup was quite challenging but Derek was an amazing help! Not only did he reply to emails almost instantly, he suggested strategic workarounds and improvements to implement on our app and I could not have been more happier than to work with him.
