Tippy is the best, great customer Service! He helped me a lot building CandyReferral into the website!
Benz was so HELPFUL, knowledgeable, patient & resolved my problem very quickly!!!! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to use this app properly & now I finally have it working thanks to her. She is a superstar & great customer service, communication skills!
It was a little frustrating at first getting bounced around to different people but Tippy swooped in and is my account manager now. He called me after he got off of work to help me through my issues so we could launch today and I couldn't be more grateful for his customer service and help. Highly recommended!

The app is easy to setup
**updated content here: Got a great email from the support team about our review (below) and it appears that they have 2/3rd's of what I thought was missing in terms of features. Kudos to them for the follow-up and I have upgraded their rating because of the excellent service/support.

This is a very limited package and if it doesn't fit your business model, you don't have much flexibility. We decided not to use it because of the very rigid rebate processing model: they process rebates at the end of the month. This means that you can't control when they get paid, or if they get paid. In our case, we offer a moneyback guarantee and that means there is no way for us to cancel the payment or modify it once a purchase has occurred.
Very easy to setup and JC was very helpful with recommendations to get things setup up properly based upon our use case.
