Easy to set up. Still trying to figure out how to limit referral discounts so that onky the referrer see it. Other than that the sysstem works well for referring.
Looking forward to trying this app. Chatted with their agent, Tippy, who was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all the features. He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers...
Seems like a straightforward tool!
The customer service I've received was really good. I was talking to Jon and he was super helpful. He was able to help me with all my queries.
The app itself needs some work:
1. Please have an ENABLE/DISABLE program toggle. It is very inconvenient to send an email every time we need to disable a program.
2. There needs to be some way to test a program on a store so that a store owner can understand overall flow. If there was an enable/disable toggle, this would be very easy.
3. Some of the features are hard to get to and some settings aren't clearly explained (e.g the referral reward settings)
4. Having in app chat support would be helpful too.
Overall CS and documentation is really good.

Very easy to install, use, and great support! The interface is simple, and the integration works very well.
App needs some tweaking with the instructions that are posted, but Tippy and Karen in tech support were very patient and helpful getting Referral Candy set up. They were easy to fix --- just need to know how.
We had a good experience with Referral Candy for a while; the platform is simple and easy to use. We are transitioning to a more robust rewards and referral app that is a better fit for the size of our customer base and our subscription order model. But the Referral Candy team is great and our rep Jon has been very helpful!

Automated, largely set-and-forget it programs are great when they work, and this has. The only downside is that we still experience a low amount of fraud that doesn't get flagged. Nonetheless, the overall ROI and experience has been quite positive. Support has been responsive, too.
we are just getting started with referral Candy, so I am not sure how we like the functionality yet, but the support has been first rate. Derek was happy to get on a screen share with me to walk me through the basic setup and help us get it launched. very helpful and quick to respond.
