I love referralcandy's customer support they're all awesome especially Adam and John they rock! When you have a problem they will always give you solutions and they never give up until a certain concern is not yet fixed.
2/1/2018 - Karen assisted us for a reward issue. We found what seems to be the problem and now checking with our manager since its a custom reward related. Very accommodating and friendly vibe which is great :)
2/22/2018 - Tippy was cool! He always helped me look for things and he's so friendly.
Mardie was great helping us set up our account and answered all of our questions about the platform. We can't wait to begin using Referral Candy for our customers!

We just signed up for ReferralCandy, and I was asked to take over the program without having been a part of the discovery. I contacted support via the chat and delt with Jessa and Ines a few times. This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. The support (from Tomas in particular) has been outstanding - we had some questions related to branding and styling and they were addressed extremely well by Tomas. Thank you Referral Candy - we will definitely be referring you to our friends :)

Great app, but more importantly EXCELLENT customer service. Derek has been helping me for months, helped migrate my store from WooCommerce to Shopify, and has been excellent all around!
