Great app. Easy to set up and super responsive customer support team. Not many apps have the support that responds in minutes. Karen was super helpful :)

UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.

I submitted a ticket with a question about set up of Referral Candy and received an immediate response including a very clear and easy to follow video. I had a couple trouble shooting questions which were all answered promptly by Cris, who successfully helped me resolve my questions. Great support.

JC from Referral Candy was super helpful and incredibly attentive, providing detailed and helpful feedback every step of the way. A+ for customer service!

So far so good but I'm not sure it's worth it for my micro store yet. Time will tell. Great customer service from JC!

Tippy did an excellent job at customer service. I had some issues and had them resolved. We haven't gotten a referral yet through the app but hope to have one soon.
