Great app and amazing support from JC and Jelson to help me get the most out of it and answer all my questions.

This app is very helpful for us when it comes to running our referral program. Also, the customer service is very helpful and supportive! A BIG thank you to Lorraine from ReferralCandy for her great customer service!

JC is extremely helpful at trying to sort quite a complex account linking issue. Fingers crossed it gets solved soon but he's very responsive!

A friend referred me to use this app and I'm delighted at how easy it was to onboard and get things going after installing the app! I'm surprised that I really didn't have to do much to get the referral program started for my business. After replacing the images and messages with my preferred ones, I had a referral program up and running in less than 10 mins! :) I had some questions thereafter and I'm glad to be served by very responsive and patient support staff like Karen and Jon.

I cannot say anything about the performance yet but the setup was very easy. One thing that I'd like to change is to ease the switch between languages. This was a bit of a hassle since I needed to translate a lot of phrases from English to German manually. Other than that everything was great. The customer support I received from Benz, Jelson and Cris was outstanding. Thank you guys!

Simple, yet easy app to help grow your business through referral incentives. Had an issue editing an email and support got back to me within a few hours helping me edit the sections I needed. So far, I am happy with how this is working out.

Given that we just launched our campaign I cannot comment on the performance yet but the Customer Service has surpassed my expectations. Derek has been responsive, informative, and overall a great resource while setting up our program. He went above and beyond making sure I could customize to meet our company needs.
