I really appreciate your great support, especially to Benz. I have asked several questions and the response as really quick and the explanation was very clear.

The app is great. It really helps us to boost revenue. Support from Lorraine was fantastic we set up a full referral programme how we wanted.

I've certainly had some frustrations with Referral Candy over the years, but I will say I think they are continuing to improve and have great customer service. Tomas helped me figure out a big issue with customizing my referral theme and was a huge help. I like that it's easy to get in touch with someone whenever I have a problem.

Great app so far from what I've seen from the back-end. Amazing customer support from Referral Candy (Benz in specific!) in helping to extend the trial period as we experienced delays in getting our developer to assist with custom coding. Look forward to setting it live soon!

I just got off a chat with their customer service rep. JC and he was AWESOME! I needed help with the referral program and looking for advice. JC was extremely helpful, patient, polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. So far it's pretty good, because we are in the testing phase. BTW, the guy who name Benz was so sweet. He patiently answered many of my questions and very helpful. Look forward to this app bringing me more surprises.

Very good attention in support. Although it remains to be seen that the app is good for my store, at the moment, I have not obtained results.

L'application est très simple d'utilisation (uniquement en Anglais par contre). Le service client est très réactif (merci Derek). Et en plus, l'application peut être connecté à d'autres application de parrainage et c'est très pratique !
