Seems straightforward so far (we've only had it a week) - clear dashboard with easy to read metrics - customer service got back to me within 20 min on a question in chat, thanks for the help Jon!

The interface is great to use. Perfect customer service (Jessa) easy setup and works fine. Would be nice to automaticly had some translations (for the future)

You know that saying, "Nothing's ever easy" - well sometimes it is! ReferralCandy was easy to implement and the customer service was quick to respond whenever I had questions!
Tippy has been a great help when helping us set up a Refer-A-Friend program. I love the app and extra help.
