I only just downloaded this app so cannot comment too much on it, however the customer service I received from Tom today was impeccable. Answered all my questions very promptly!
Tippy helped me set up my account in about 20 min and answered all of my questions perfectly. We were looking for a way to combine aspects of an affiliate program and a referral program. Even though the ReferralCandy program doesn't specifically do that, he showed me how I could manually do it myself. My call with him was super helpful! Thank you.
Just downloaded the app and it's super easy to get setup. I spoke with JP over the chatbot who's friendly assistance helped me sort my issue. Thank you!
