She is someone every company should hold tight to and tbh, i'd give her a pay raise.

A person like her will make any company more money, and her goal is big. It's to assist people who are using the app, if people talk to Katherine you will end up using said app.

I had a very small issue while setting up the domains for our emails that will be sent to our customers (it was about the account's password not being set up correctly), during the entire process i was assisted by Innah who helped and guided me through this process, always being very attentive and answering quickly, this review is not much about the services since we installed the app today and still have to review how useful it might be but instead about the assistance provided by ReferralCandy's customer service support, which we at TicoTopia are more than happy to have, we truly hope that all of our future interactions will be as smooth and satisfactory as it was with Innah, thank you!

Excellent app. And Riz provides first-class support. If you are lucky enough to get any true influencers on your site, this program can really explode your sales! Once set up, it's essentially on auto-pilot. Easy to maintain. That's a huge plus, as many apps require maintenance and supervision.

I am developer and was implementing Referral Candy affiliate program for the first time. I ran into a blocker and fortunately connected with Innah via the help portal on the dashboard. She was great to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Thanks again for the help!

I saw a lot of articles on ecommerce blogs recommending Referral Candy and decided to give it a try. So far I like how easy it is to create a referral campaign: I chose my referral rewards, added some images to the email and pages, customized some text, activated the post purchase widget and launched it. The only thing I'd add to this is that I wish they had even more multi-language support, it would be better if they could add it.

I like the fact that it's now working pretty much by itself and my customers are being invited to join the program through email and popup. It's nice that it also integrates with other apps I already have installed on my store. I'm also thinking about maybe selling some of my products on subscriptions in the future so it's good to know that it integrates with many of the subscription apps on Shopify, as I haven't decided which one I'm going to be using yet.

The customer support team was also super helpful as I had a couple of questions while I was setting up the account, and they got back to me super quickly and was able to solve my doubts.

Customer service is very good.
When I asked if they could only handle $ when I wanted a discount in Japanese yen, they responded politely even in my poor English and were able to resolve the issue pleasantly.
As a result, I was able to get a discount in Japanese yen as well as most other currencies.
I am sure I will continue to this services in the future.

Jelson was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We haven't implemented the app completely yet, but based on the great customer service I am looking forward to utilising the app and seeing the results moving forward. :)

Overall good experience with the app so far, it's early days but the customer support has been very good. I received quick and efficient service from Benz.

The app is easy to install, customize and share with customers. Most importantly the support received is impeccable. From the start Katherine answered all my questions, looked into case studies for me and always followed up promptly. Most companies you have to wait days to hear back from someone, but she always responded within the same day sometimes within the hour. She helped me work through some issues we were having (our fault not the apps) and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. Thanks Katherine!

The tool is great although it is not as friendly if you have to set it up in another language that is not English and the process is a bit tedious. The support was great though, Jon helped me out with the issues I had and got me back on track. So shoutout to Jon. Looking forward to seeing what results I get from the app.
