Had a few questions/issues at first. But once again Referral Candy chat support came through in the clutch! Tippy was super helpful! 5 Star app!

I tried literally every subscription app on Shopify that is available in the app store and found out that Referral Candy was the best of all. Mainly because they have a clean and easy interface and is fully translatable in Dutch. Apart from this, support (in my case Derek) helped me out fast where needed. Thanks for this Derek!

Fast & helpful customer service, tried a lot of other affiliate apps before settling here
It's a good solution if you want a quick solution to a referral program bu the software itself is a bit limited (as the low price would suggest). Despite the limits, it's nice and the customer service (Derek and Benz) super fast and responsive.

Benz from customer service has been an amazing support in setting up our account (& fast!). Their product is great and versatile (Klaviyo integration, multilangual, etc) and their customer support is top-notch.

About the app : Exactly meets my needs. The customization & translation tools could be improved though, but overall very good. About the support : This is the best part of the App. Karen was super helpful and precise in her explanations. And when it's the support team sending e-mail reminders to the client and not the other way around, that's a pretty damn good sign about the customer support reliability :)
