Referral Candy & Affiliate

Lorraine, the Referral Candy representative, went above and beyond to honor a promotion I was offered, even though that particular promotion was no longer offered. So far, the application has been easy to use. Customer support is superb. Will be recommending to others.

I have added this add with the plans on using it for customers as well as an affiliate program. The assistance from referral candy was fantastic, quick and they've helped me with all my questions. excited to get it up and running.

I have not been able to officially use this app yet (that is the reason for the three stars). I have only set it up from the back end. I have not seen it in action. I am still waiting to roll out my business model. Benz has been very helpful leading up to this opening. We are very lucky to have her as a resource/rep.

Great customer service from Tippy! Fast to respond to my questions and then even called to follow up to make sure everything was running smoothly. 4* because we are just starting to use the app.

Easy to set up, support was great - Kathrine was really effective at getting us help with the last steps of our testing and deployment.

No referrals - didn't work for us, and totally overran our discounts tab.

I used this app and one of the customer representatives Lorraine is too awesome she help me a lot. she is very quick and very intelligent and solve my problems in just 10 minutes.

I installed the app yesterday and today JC reached via chat to ask if I had any question we jumped on a zoom call right away and he helped me answer all my questions regarding Referral Candy and integration with Klavyio and Shopify! this app seems terrific and great customer service experience!

One thing I am looking for when trying these kind of services is customer support and this one didn't dissapoint me at all, on contrary. I had some problems with the site and Karen helped me out in 10-15 minutes on what with Refersion app took 2 days and still wasn't very clear. This is what made me go with ReferralCandy. They have done an amazing job so far.
