Referral Candy & Affiliate

Good app for existing customers. Not for bigger affiliate program thought. It is really basic and work great to test the market at a small scall. For cutomer referral only.

Tippy was very helpful in getting us started with Referral Candy! He was there every step of the way, and was much appreciated. He immediately booked me into a call with him and walked me through the app. Looking forward to him helping us out in the future.

Clean and simple interface, and quick to setup. Seeing incremental revenue within month of implementing. Customer support (Derek) had some useful tips too.

A bit limited in terms of functionality (can't automatically apply credits to a subscription, no single-use codes for friends, not much flexibility in terms of email campaign UI) but really great support team - we spoke with Tom who was super comprehensive in terms of providing answers. Will fulfil your basic needs for referrals.

It was a little frustrating at first getting bounced around to different people but Tippy swooped in and is my account manager now. He called me after he got off of work to help me through my issues so we could launch today and I couldn't be more grateful for his customer service and help. Highly recommended!

Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.

Dwight from the customer service team was very helpful and quick to respond with the details. This is also valid for the rest of the customer service team. They asked me with all the questions I had. The app is useful and you can customize the templates with your own language etc. but for a small company like us a little bit too expensive at this point of time.
