We need a little different setup structure for our referral program that required help from the ReferralCandy Support Team. Tippy was extremely nice and helpful. He even answered some of my questions about how to optimize the campaigns and best practices!
Still setting up RC but JC & Caye have been super helpful and patient while we ask our myriad of questions. If your looking for an affordable and easy solution to reward your customers or to reward your promoters/influencers then take a look at RC. Setup is easy, Merchant proof. We also like the Klaviyo integration. thank you for your onboarding support RC :-)

Well I guess a HUGE problem with shopify apps is that you find yourself in a new app and it massively lacks customer support. Not Referral Candy. I kicked them an e-mail and these people are really on it! They instantly helped me our with everything in such a professional manner! Finally someone understands excellent customer service. No bs, no bla bla just straight excellent assistance! Cheers

Their customer service Ines is a very gentle and excellent good people, she helped me a lot, not only patiently reply to me but also very attentive to help me solve the problem, I really like her!
