Referral Candy & Affiliate

I had some questions about the App and Tippy informed me on the different ways to optimize my campaign in such a timely manner!

The support is great. I´ve some questions, which takes a lot of time to discuss in the chat, i think. So the support was via google meet, was very good and all my questions get answered. Great.

The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.

4 stars because there are limits when it comes to customizing emails. but customer service was excellent - shout out to Derek and Lorraine for answering all of my questions and being patient.

Derek was awesome. Super helpful. Im not tech savvy at all and getting this set up and correctly is vital to us. We're almost there with it and looking forward to offering this to all our members soon! Thanks again Derek!
