I contacted Irene from the customer service team asking about why my advocate was not receiving her rewards. Within a 1 minute, she was able to investigate and share me screenshots to fix the issues very quickly . Turns out the advocate had not exceeded her referral review period. She is patient and extremely helpful, if i could give her a review, it'd be 10 out of 10 for reviews.

While I was having some issues getting the referral app to work, the support team was incredibly helpful. Now the app is working smoothly and if something happens, I know I can always reach out for support.
I had a problem with a duplicate account. Irene managed to sort it efficiently and in a very professional manner. Irene went above and beyond and got this sorted for me.
