The app is very easy to set up and the customer support is perfect! By far the nicest and most knowledgable customer support that I have ever experienced.

I just setup the Referral Candy app today. I struggled for the first couple days with it because of a change that they made to their templating that seems to reduce user drag and drop customization ability. I've been banging my head off the wall until a support employee named Derek came to the rescue. He installed an older template structure that made working in the system really easy. I accomplished more in the first 30 minutes after Derek's help, then in the prior 2 days. Looking forward to seeing the system in action. Really appreciate the help Derek!
