We're currently setting things up and are very excited to launch our referral program. We had many questions and we were able to work directly with one of RC's team members (Dwight S.).
Dwight was VERY helpful and walked us through every detail that we needed clarification on. He also suggested some strategies that we will try out. This has been a great experience so far and we're excited to get this up and running!
I reached out to Derek on the messenger bot on Referral Candy, and he not only answered all of my questions, but went above and beyond to show me screenshots, videos and tips on how to optimize referrals. He was a tremendous help in giving me detailed examples of how to specifically complete each task I needed help with. Extremely grateful for his support.
