Had a couple hiccups getting started with the app and had to reach out to support. Fortunately, the support team was wonderful and extremely helpful. This referral app is easy and quick to set up. It's a bit limiting in terms of what can be customized. However, the support team is quick in helping making adjustments. Caye was super helpful in particular in getting all our questions answered.

I want to give a big shoutout to Vino from Referralcandy. This weekend I was attempting to install the applications from my Shopify store. I received error after error as the system could not create my account. This morning, Vino took his time to find a solution to my problem, and I was up and running shortly afterward. Everything is now functional, the app is straightforward to set up, and Vino´s support was top-notch.
