Super impressed with the customer service. I sent a question and within minutes Karen had an answer. She ended up working with me for over an hour! Answering all sorts of questions about colors and functions. She helped to customize the app to fit my need. Karen actually just made the changes for me! Wow, I have never experienced such top notch help. I was debating whether to go with Referral Candy because of the price... You definitely get what you pay for!
This is my first day using ReferralCandy. I contacted them to ask some general inquiries. I got Ben to help me out. He was very knowledgable with the product and assisted me as well with my problem about the customization of the banners. I don't like the orange colors of the default theme because it doesn't suit my website but Ben helped me customize it according to my preference. I ended up customizing the theme beautifully. Enjoying this app so far and appreciate the support in getting this set up thanks to Jon. Would love to see supported customisation for emails and widgets in a drag and drop style editor. Am yet to see converted referrals to ensure it all works with our many apps, but happy to be set up and running with it.
