Refersion is one of the most useful shopify apps I have ever used. Personally I use it to track my affiliate conversions via discount codes, which gets rid of the headache from the excel sheet I have been using previously. Also, Refersion is great for keeping track of royalties if you have a large number of people that work for you. Their customer support is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to keep track of affiliates using an easy to understand system.

Customer service team is top notch, especially Emma. Questions are always answered in a timely manner, with direct answers as well as articles to help.

Emma was Awesome and helped me a great deal in getting set up.
I am now going through the process of getting set up and will continue to ask Emma for help when needed. She was very fast in replying and was very knowledgeable about your product.

So far so good. We have had some measured interest from folks wanting to be affiliates for our waterproof backpacks at www.rockagator.com. We did wish that the Conversion Triggers were included in the starter plan. That would be much more helpful in getting us where we need to be.

This is a awesome app. It is easy to setup. The user interface is easy to navigate and operate. The tracking is accurate. The affiliate also enjoy the easy signup process.

I originally tried another affiliates app which unfortunately wasted a week of my time before I finally threw in the towel. I contacted Shopify and they recommended Refersion to me. At first I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to commit to a monthly pay plan.
As soon as the decision was made it took me no time at all to instal the app, contact my future affiliate and to get the ball rolling.
Any questions have been answered within 24 hours and advise given.
I would totally recommend this app to other companies who wish to grow their affiliate business.
