Get Refersion if you want great support. Erik is the best and he will take as much time as you need to make sure you understand the ins-n-outs of this product and how it can work best for you.

Refersion is a great app for every affiliate marketer. And they provide customers with great customer support. Andre from the Refersion team has assisted us very well from the beginning :) Good work team.
This app has already helped increase my exposure and sales 10fold. Within our first week of using it we signed up 5 new Affiliates and took sales from 200 daily to 2K daily. The customer service was extremely responsive. I would get help within minutes of submission. Highly recommend
So far this app works perfectly and was more than easy to set up. And it's also well priced so no negatives as far as I can see.
Very easy app to use, makes it very simple to explain to your partners how to create an account in www.urbanlifeshop.com and then even easier to pay those partners.

Refersion helps our brand grow + scale our affiliate community with ease. It's extremely user friendly for both us and our affiliates. Refersion also has extremely efficient team members to help troubleshoot and keep our brand on track!
I regret using this software. Refersion does a great job of marketing their tools, but after using it for almost a year, very little rate of return. Had to sign a one-year contract to use the software. Very expensive. Now after doing more research, found many other affiliate software apps that are much more affordable, and provide much better returns. Now still having to pay over $300 per month to finish out the contract. Company has no exit policy. Be very conscious before signing up with Refersion. Customer service is poor.

We do offer a number of month-to-month options in an effort to accommodate business in various stages of affiliate growth and management, but it looks like your platform requirements were best matched with features exclusive to our contracted plan.

So far so good. I did quite a lot of research and couldn't find a clear winner, but something in my gut said Refersion was the one to go with for my needs. CRAZY simple set-up and I was up and running. Looking forward to pushing the throttle down on it but so far so good! Definitely worth your consideration!
