Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Great app, user friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. I had a customer service guy named John help me, was super friendly, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra step to help me with any questions I had.

We have set-up a program on https://www.sundried.com so we can work with partners. The customisation is ideal. And the unique vouchers per affiliate delivers what we are after as a brand.

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly. Thank you Layth & the Refersion team!

I really liked Refersion for the ease of use and great integration with Shopify. The support is absolutely outstanding too. Only thing is that their plans don't work for me. The free plan gives me 15 affiliates but these 15 affiliates don't generate enough conversions to justify the jump to the next level (about $27/month). What I would need is a plan at $5/month for say 100 affiliates and maybe $50/month in sales. You know, that way I can get enough affiliates to generate the income so I need to sign up for the next level. Other than that it's a great app and I'm really sad that I am forced to change to a different provider.

The Refersion customer service is outstanding. Brittany has always responded to my questions quickly and makes sure that everything is resolved. She has followed up with me on multiple occasions to make sure that things are running smoothly.

John helped resolve my affiliate issue promptly and was communicative throughout the entire process. I appreciate the great service!

It works with one affiliate. It seemed that they would promote our site to get affiliates to find us. So far we have had no other affiliates sign up.

Excellent customer service! Emma from Refersion's CS team helped us upgrade Mellowment to Refersion's enterprise plan after we exceeded the conversion limit :)

So far so good - easy to set up and manage affiliates, clear and intuitive interface, does exactly what it says on the box.

Love how easy Refersion was to install and that they offer their own marketplace to find new affiliates. Works great for us!
