Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported.

The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value.

If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.

The Refersion team has been phenomenal. Their platform makes affiliate setup straightforward, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support I received from John. He went above and beyond, personally curating a list of affiliate matches aligned with our brand and providing proactive, thoughtful guidance through every step. It's rare to get this level of care and follow-through. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to grow with confidence.

Keith has been wonderful to work with while our Refersion account has been experiencing some tracking link syncing issues. He has been incredibly responsive, eager to help, and provides instructions in a clear, easy-to-follow way. I had a great experience with John assisting us on an urgent login issue. He was professional, understood the priority immediately, and his detailed guidance was key to the resolution.

The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.
