Be careful. They sign you on to a one year agreement that automatically renews, and will charge you for the rest of the year if you don't want to continue using their platform. A very disappointing experience, you'd think that after years of being a customer they'd let us move on without trying to squeeze our small business for more money.

While we do have a number of month-to-month plans available, you were on a plan with a contracted term. With that being said, we always want to create a positive experience for our partners and we’re glad we were able to resolve this.

So far this is the easiest thing I have ever set up - ever. Affiliates are joining easily and the analytical tools seem top notch.

We've been using Refersion for a year and it's working perfectly. And the one time when we had a question we reached out and our problem was solved within 2 hours. Great customer service!
App is intuitive and support is great. Mr. Andrew Yoon was very helpful with all my questions and got my shopify squared away.
Great app, and terrific customer service from the team behind it. Layth was such a fantastic help to us recently, and worked with us to make some rather large changes to our existing commission structures. The paid version of this app offers tracking via localStorage object with a fallback to cookies. We feel this will provide the most accurate tracking for our affiliates. The install was simple and the support is great. They offer enterprise plans for larger scale programs. Recommended for companies with growing affiliate networks.
The Refersion app has been a great addition to our Shopify suite of tools. We are using it to manage ambassadors and sponsored athletes. It is a great tool for assisting us as we help our ambassadors get paid as they share our site through social media links.
Affiliate tracking is essential to our business model. We couldn't do it without Refersion! If ever we have troubles, their CS team has been super helpful. Like, over-the-top helpful. Emma and Erik have saved my behind on multiple occasions. Thanks Refersion!
