Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

I had some issues at first, but Erik and the Refersion team walked me through everything step by step. I also had billing issues and Erik was quick to fix that as well. Honestly I was surprised with how fast they responded and were able to fix everything with my account. I look forward to working with Refersion in the near future! I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to build their business and pay affiliates.

Quite good I think but once you have an affiliate program it's difficult to change it

Shakima is the BEST customer service rep ever! I was already very impressed with her level of customer service when I first called Refersion (yes, they have phone support, a-mazing), but her continuous support when I called back and prompt responses via email to help me set-up my affiliate program was wonderful. Shakima went above and beyond to help me out.

I'm also very appreciative that Emma was able to integrate Refersion with my store and successfully put through a test sale to ensure it was working properly. What an awesome team, THANK YOU. I'm excited to get this program started, woop!

This is a great starting point for getting an affiliate program going. There is no start up cost and a low monthly fee to make getting access to quality affiliates much more attainable for a small company. The back end is easy to navigate and the customer service is fantastic.

So far the app seems to be pretty well setup. I did have a problem getting it to track orders at first but Layth helped us solve the problem in less than 48 hours!

We are using Refersion on 2 of our sites with over 70 affiliates signed up. App works great and support has been very quick to respond as well. Keep up the good work!

Really impressed with this app for affiliate tracking. Been using it for my clients store and it's quick to set up and nice to work with. Expecting some better integration with PayPal and possible Stripe later. I recommend it.
