Refersion has amazing tracking power and their customer support is amazing! I especially appreciate the guidance I receive from our account manager, Jordy.

Emma was nothing but amazing! She helped us set up our multiple site system and we look forward to using this great tool with our stores. I highly recommend Refersion and the support staff.

This app seems like it has a lot of moving parts, and difficult to use... HOWEVER the tutorials and support from the Customer Success Manager made it super easy. The depth of what we want to do was quickly achieved.

Great app, user friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. I had a customer service guy named John help me, was super friendly, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra step to help me with any questions I had.

We have set-up a program on https://www.sundried.com so we can work with partners. The customisation is ideal. And the unique vouchers per affiliate delivers what we are after as a brand.

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly. Finally someone made a decent affiliate program with great support. I switched all my accounts over and so far I like it quite a bit. Highly recommend.

The Refersion customer service is outstanding. Brittany has always responded to my questions quickly and makes sure that everything is resolved. She has followed up with me on multiple occasions to make sure that things are running smoothly.
