I recently had a technical issue regarding the priority between discount codes and referral links. I reached out to the customer support team and I have to say that I was impressed by how quickly and easily the problem was solved. Janice was particularly helpful in providing me with a clear explanation of how the system works and what I needed to do to get the best deal. Thanks to her, I was able to complete my purchase with confidence and ease. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I received and I would highly recommend this company to others. Thank you again to Janice and the rest of the team for their excellent support!

Be careful. They sign you on to a one year agreement that automatically renews, and will charge you for the rest of the year if you don't want to continue using their platform. A very disappointing experience, you'd think that after years of being a customer they'd let us move on without trying to squeeze our small business for more money.

While we do have a number of month-to-month plans available, you were on a plan with a contracted term. With that being said, we always want to create a positive experience for our partners and we’re glad we were able to resolve this.

I had a great experience getting onboarded by Eugene. He quickly got everything installed and placed a test order. We have several affiliates that have expressed interest so far. I'm hoping it works out, but time will tell.
Andre and Andrea were a great aids in not just getting us setup on our Shopify Plus store but going above and beyond to ensure that we had more than enough to succeed with Refersion! They were available for all of our onboarding questions and were always willing to help in any way they could. Very pleased with Refersion’s customer service so far!
Have not fully used this app yet but up to now the customer service was tremendous, I had a few hiccups setting the account up from my end and reached out to customer service and a guy named John helped me get everything set up quickly and was really kind during the whole process.
So far so good and Janice was super helpful getting me set up. Looking forward to using and seeing what it can do for my business.

Disappointing Experience - No Onboarding, No Help
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it with others. It is essential for potential users to understand what they're signing up for before they invest time and resources into this platform.
From the start, the onboarding process was nonexistent. I was eager to dive into Refersion and set up my affiliate marketing program, but it seemed like the company simply didn't care. There were no welcome emails, guides, or tutorials to help me get started. I was left to navigate the platform on my own, which was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, I was met with radio silence. The lack of response was astounding, considering how important customer service should be for a company in this industry. I tried reaching out multiple times through different channels, but the result was always the same: no help.
The absence of any form of guidance or support made it nearly impossible to effectively set up and manage my affiliate marketing program. I spent countless hours researching and trying to figure things out on my own, but it was clear that Refersion was not designed to be user-friendly.
Overall, my experience with Refersion Affiliate Marketing has been incredibly disheartening. Their lack of onboarding and customer support has left me feeling unsupported, and I can't recommend this platform to anyone looking for a seamless, efficient affiliate marketing solution. Save yourself the time, frustration, and resources by looking elsewhere.

We have tried to connect with you several times to get more information as we’re having a difficult time finding any correspondence from you or your team asking for help - we have verification that you accepted our collaborator request, and the confirmation that our team had successfully integrated your store. Could you please forward your help requests or take screen captures? We take all of our customer experiences very seriously and would like to investigate this thoroughly.
Refersion provides low-cost, self-service plans to accommodate budding affiliate programs. These plans provide extensive training and support materials, weekly live Q&A sessions and email support. We also have a regular email cadence that is sent to all clients after they sign-up to make sure they have educational resources along the way.
While we don’t expect to change your mind, we appreciate your giving Refersion a try, and would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss in more detail should you be open to that.
I regret using this software. Refersion does a great job of marketing their tools, but after using it for almost a year, very little rate of return. Had to sign a one-year contract to use the software. Very expensive. Now after doing more research, found many other affiliate software apps that are much more affordable, and provide much better returns. Now still having to pay over $300 per month to finish out the contract. Company has no exit policy. Be very conscious before signing up with Refersion. Customer service is poor.
