Shakima was very helpful! She was professional, prompt, patient and very communicative with me on getting our Affiliate program set up & structured. We had a few phone calls, screen sharing and a lot of messaging all of which she explained everything very well and was sure to answer all of my questions. Thank you for everything Shakima! :)
Diana was a huge help when I needed it! It'd be nice if Refersion would let us switch the conversion status back to Pending ourselves, but no big deal.

Be careful. They sign you on to a one year agreement that automatically renews, and will charge you for the rest of the year if you don't want to continue using their platform. A very disappointing experience, you'd think that after years of being a customer they'd let us move on without trying to squeeze our small business for more money.

While we do have a number of month-to-month plans available, you were on a plan with a contracted term. With that being said, we always want to create a positive experience for our partners and we’re glad we were able to resolve this.

Had to reinstall the app. There were some connectivity issues. But Nick once resolved, Nick got everything set up quickly!
Great experience with Refersion over the few years we have used it. Customer service is always quick to respond as well. Shout out to John for being super helpful and responsive!
