Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Great app that has allowed us http://victoryteacompany.com to set up an affiliate program within minutes! They have a marketplace that you can post your offer for affiliates to see and join.

Andrew (and Narciso) were very helpful figuring out an issue with our Recharge integration. It took a bit of back and forth, but they were responsive and informative, and we're pleased that everything is working now!

So far, so good! Andrew was helpful in getting us set up. Now I just gotta get out there and share it with our customers! :)

I had a problem, we are working to resolve. If it is resolved to my satisfaction I will change my review. I do appreciate them reaching out. Look foward to a solution.

i have found and am continuing to find the refersion app a great addition to my store and i find the learning material sto implement alongside the free webinar and chat offers great. Am excited to see the power of affiliate marketing and want to thank nick for the help with my questions and quick customer service.

Erik was pretty cool, he just reached out to me right away and then within a few hours he was on top of the job doing a test order. Best service I've seen so far in the Shopify platform. Way to go Erik.

It looks nice and functions great but the ROI isn't good at all.

$750 in sales at $27 (basic plan). Your cutting right into the cost of the product not the margin on the product.

This program would be so much more if it was commissions (payout) that your pricing plan went off of.

After using Share-a-Sale for way too long, we switched to Refersion a year ago for affiliate tracking/marketing. While there's no one-size-fits-all solution to affiliate marketing, Refersion is an excellent option for Shopify store owners. We recently switched from one-time to recurring subscriptions and Refersion made the transition seamless. Special shoutouts to Emma and Erik from Refersion--extraordinary dedication to customer service. They really care about making your implementation work!

One area for improvement: please make it easier to handle automated payments to affiliates. Currently we do payments manually for each affiliate because PayPal (Refersion's payout option) makes this complicated/cumbersome. It would be great to have an alternative to PayPal.
