Our store had a problem with the tracking and refersion team followed up and solved the problem.
We use this app at https://thedrug.store/ and it has so far proved useful- however, the marketplace is a bit rubbish if you are a new site or brand. Don't expect influencers or affiliates to come to you.
Andre is a legend though and has helped us solve our issues with integration!
But if you are willing to engage with the affiliates yourself and get them signed up to Refersion, it's incredibly easy to manage, the customer service is great and cost effective.
Good support from Jenna! I use this app for our affiliate program and it's the best! The support team at Refersion is truly heaven sent. The platform is user-friendly and gets the job done. Highly recommend this app!
