Refersion: Affiliate Marketing

Just starting to use this. Rating is 2 stars because there is no way to control notifications.
I currently have 13k followers on Instagram (@mr.asadshah) and as soon as I advertised this to my followers I have 400 affiliates within a few hours and 500 in the following day

My inbox is basically destroyed even though I ticked "Disable notifications new affiliates" in my notification settings.

Also, I realise now that, it takes their software time to accept affiliates. There is no option for me to select all of the affiliates and bulk accept all. I have to do 50 at a time. Writing this review and Refersion has only processed 10 out of 50

It is going to take me ages to accept 000's :(

Sergio is by far one of the most helpful customer service I've spoken with! Every time when I had questions, especially at the time when I had problem installing the PayPal, Sergio was always so patience answering my questions and walked me through step by step on how to fix my issues.

If you are in a business that does well for affiliate marketing than great. This app brought in no sales over 7 months. Also, they need to make it easier to cancel. I tried to cancel and went into their dashboard and there was no option. I had to reach out to them and Shopify to figure out if I deleted the app would it stop charging me. They need to make this clear to customers.

Refersion makes your affiliate program so easy to set up! Erik is great and super responsive. Thanks, Erik!

We left & came back - mostly because of Emma!

After looking around & settling on another platform, some months later we did our research & came back. The dashboard for our reps may not be as pretty but functionality wise Refersion kicks butt.

Plus, Emma honestly has been all hands on deck helping us to get set up, testing the functionality & turning on features as we need them.

Refersion is a great app I've been using the for a couple of days and I already have my first affiliate partner. There marketplace works well. There customer service is great they respond in less than 24 hours. Erik has been very helpful!

Very easy to use and to set up. The only thing that can be hard is to fix your API settings in your PayPal account, however, Refersion offers an extremely simple step-by-step manual to do this in no time. Erik helped me fix set up the link in my Shopify store, so the customer support is awesome. Absolutely recommend this!

So far the app offers everything I need for affiliate marketing. It's user friendly and gets the work done FOR you! Thank you Sergio at Refersion for being incredibly helpful on helping me set it up with ease.

Refersion is exactly what we've been looking for! The software allows us to track and build a sales team of affiliates. We're able to track via link and unique coupon codes. I evaluated a lot of different options and we're very happy with Refersion.

I have to mention the customer support, which in our opinion is a big deal. Emma and Erik have been amazing and answered all of our questions and set us up for success. They respond very quickly always within the same day.

Didnt work. All the sales online never showed up in any of the affiliates accounts. But worse of all, the customer service doesnt exist so when you have a problem, you cant actually fix it. There is actually no customer service, just automated emails 48-72 hours after you ask a question. Terrible.

What a great company. Their product has all the features I've been looking for so I can run a traditional affiliate program and also use it as my brand ambassador program to recruit and work with influencers. I've also had to bother them a few times for some help and their customer service is top notch. I always get a response quickly. Great experience working with them!!

Erik was great at helping me make sure I setup Refersion correctly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I love how easily Refersion integrated with Shopify. I can see an overall improvement in sales for my store.

Great app for setting up and tracking affiliate sales. The thing I like most about this app is customer service. I've rarely had to wait 24hrs. for a responses to questions.

I'm a big fan of utilizing simplicity to get maximum results. Refersion fits this model of thinking, especially when compared to the two or three other main competitors you have to choose from. They have stellar phone support as well (thanks Layth and team!), which is more than happy to resolve things quickly.

If you're thinking about growing your business through affiliate marketers, Refersion is a solid choice.

Great app- we've seamlessly onboarded 6 affiliates (and 4 about to process) within our first 2 weeks of launching! Every time we had questions, or needed help making sure all the links and tracking worked, we were helped quickly and efficiently. I would suggest everyone double check that they affiliate links work, but once they do, you will be good to go!

Erik from Refersion has been awesome. He's helped me migrate from our old platform and gone above and beyond. I'm excited to begin our Affiliate expansion using this software.

Just awesome service, was able to live chat then call and Emma got right on it and fixed our setup problem . Excited to use and get started and will update after we use, but set up was a breeze!

We've been using Refersion for a year and it's working perfectly. And the one time when we had a question we reached out and our problem was solved within 2 hours. Great customer service!

Not really helpful for low traffic e-shops. We tried finding affiliates in their marketplace, 2 in 14 days, no sales.

Erik was pretty cool, he just reached out to me right away and then within a few hours he was on top of the job doing a test order. Best service I've seen so far in the Shopify platform. Way to go Erik.

They're customer service is terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get a simple issue resolved and they keep ignoring me. No response at all. I recommend LeadDyno or another service.

The app does what it says in the box, customer support has also been excellent - thanks to both Erik and Emma for their kind help!

I've experimented with other affiliate apps and this one is by far the best!
