Eugene was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us, and his responsiveness and speed in getting everything resolved were outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its clients—he made sure every feature was clearly explained, never placed blame, and focused entirely on finding a real solution.
We’re currently evaluating whether to continue with Refersion, and I can confidently say that this experience—and Eugene’s exceptional support—is a major reason we’re staying. Truly impressive service.
Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported.
The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value.
If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.
