Once you have installed the app, our app will start pulling in the refunds for orders. I think this is a very useful app, but I have a question, why some of the exported refund orders do not have SKUs?
Amazing app, doing what it says it will, and at no cost at the moment. I love it, and it saved me a ton of time and money
It does what it says, but the format it creates is xlsx. Google analytics requires .csv to import refunds data. Some online tools can do the conversion, but it would be nice to be able to skip this. Edit: The devs added the feature days after my comment. I didn't actually expect it. Very competent team. I would trust them my business.
Clean, efficient, and fills a gap in Shopify's normal Orders Reports that was bugging me - so you can sort refunds by refund date (not just order date) - Great Work - exactly what I've been looking for!
