Track refunds by staff actor and channel: history, review flags, digests, and CSV export.

RefundAudit gives merchants a clear audit trail for refunds. It imports the last 60 days of refund history, then attributes new refunds by actor and channel from install onward. Merchants can label staff actors, review rollups, export audit fields to CSV, and receive a weekly digest with totals, coverage, top actors and channels, and one review flag. The app is visibility only and keeps a bounded refund projection.
