We've been using RefundId as our online returns portal and it's been a game changer for our operations. The move to self-service returns has completely transformed how our CS and returns team works — freeing up significant time and streamlining what used to be a heavily manual process.

We also have a few unique product considerations and custom business processes so flexibility was non-negotiable. The platform is adaptable enough to handle the nuances of our business rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all workflow.
