The onboarding experience was great. Tracy was super helpful this morning on getting everything set up for me (on her first day back from Lunar New Year holidays). She walked me through the best features in the app to cater to my specific conern. I can see how the app is blocking VPN visitors immediately to my store which should help our problem. The last 2 weeks we have had an influx of fake orders on our 2 websites which were causing a lot of issues to our business so Im hoping the app will help resolve this for us. Will monitor it over the coming days.

Super fast customer help! I installed the app but was having difficulties figuring out a particular feature. The team responded within a minute or two of me sending them a message, and immediately helped clear the error that was happening on the backend. If you're like me, the ability to get fast, reliable help with an App is one of my highest concerns when purchasing an App. And this App definitely meets that with 5 stars.

I am no IT or web expert so blocking bots and threats has never been on my knowledge list. My store has been getting an abnormal amount of visit per day from 5 IPs and no add to carts or purchases. Blockify chart support helped me figure out which IPs to block and how to block just those and not the whole city/region. Quick response time. Maybe waited 25 seconds for someone to come online and help.

So far the app works well, and Tracy was helpful in answering my questions. Just in one say sucks that all VPNs get blocked because not everyone who uses them are out to do bad things. But it's probably hard to detect if a VPN will be malicious so that's why they just block all of them.

Totally recommend it. I encoutered two problems. One was totally on my side (the IP address that i found on my pc turned out not to be my actual IP address). The other one had to do with the integration into the theme of my website, which was quickly fixed. Customer service was a warm and rewarding experience: very swift response time, patient, friendly and capable. The app does now exactly what I need it to do.

I have a Shopify book store that has 1000+ products and I was greatly concerned that a cyber group had copied content and was stealing my traffic. But I discovered the Blockify App and enable me to block IP"s, Regions, Bots and VPN's as needed to help me further protect my content. I can turn it off and on and it is easily integrated into my 2.0 theme. This is one of the best Apps for more intensified security for your store.

The perfect app for Shopify Store Security! The only reliable app that can log visitor IP in real-time and has features to block the IP address with ease! The customer support is incredible and since using the app, we have been able to block the majority of malicious/fraudulent visitors! Blockify even has a VPN blocker so you can keep all the nasty visitors out! If you're looking for an all in one store security solution - Blockify is the best app for you!

The customer service with this app is horrible if I could rate 0 stars I would. I had a chat with a rep by the name Lynn and she was very unprofessional. She even sent a crying laughing emoji after I asked can I block a customer by full name with the IP address. I am very upset and disappointed with the poor customer service and of course she doesn't care because this isn't her company nor will it affect her paycheck, A rep name Rosie reached and tried to correct things, but once I told her that Lynn was very unprofessional and I recently lost a loved one and just want to put the matter behind me; and asked for assistance with deleting my account she started antagonizing. Rosie proceeded to say, 'You seem to be going through it these days." after I asked for assistance with deleting my account. So, I politely asked for assistance again and Rosie replied, "You're having a rough day." I thought If I simply deleted the app I would be billed for the services, which is why I continued to ask for assistance. After asking Rosie for assistance a third time she finally told me how to delete my account. It sucks my experience was horrible, because I was looking forward to paying for the services and referring other businesses as well.

I installed the app to get rid of some bots harassing my store every day, however the app could not help with this. However the service and support was good. But I was disappointed that it could not solve my issue with the bots, even though I was told it could help with this. I uninstalled the app and asked for a refund, which I don't know yet if I get, still waiting for an answer on that.
