Support is phenomenal. They are so patient, even when the issue turns out to be complete user error. Support, in my opinion, is the most important part of choosing an app to use, because it means that even if it doesn't work exactly the way you expect, there's someone you can reach out to who can help work around it.
Works good so far, very helpful customer service. A little complex to get loaded on your site so pack your patience! Works for what we need!

We found this app to accomplish a couple things. 1. features that will be lost when Shopify Scrips officially sunsets in June 2026 and 2. our store moving from stand alone products to variants and therefore loosing key set up features when building discount codes in Shopify native Discounts. It works as intended! Customer service is great and responsive when needed. I recommend.
