No customer service.
The app suddenly stopped working, add to registry button no longer appears on our store.
It's been 2 weeks now with no response from myregistry customer care.

4.5 Stars! (Sorry I can't officially rate half stars.) I only knock off a bit because I wish that it were a bit more visually customizable. Ie: text color, wording, etc. Since the Shopify web platform is also very limited, it's hard to make it look exactly the way I want using either method.
Also, while I have created test accounts that seem to be working, none of my customers have signed up as ...
