He tenido un problema llevaba dos días sin poder solucionarlo he contactado con la aplicación y me lo han solucionado en un minuto, estoy muy contento con esta aplicación la recomiendo 100 %

1 Star - Extremely disappointed. The app stopped working and showed a 500 error code, which caused me to lose $38 in revenue. A reliable service is essential for COD orders, and this failure has cost me money. I need an explanation and a fix immediately.

La aplicación es buena y siempre me han dado una buena atención, rápida y efectiva. Si bien tuvieron un tropiezo en diciembre con el token, han sido más que respetuosos y comprensivos para ayudarme a solucionar. Muy recomendada.

The problem on December 23rd, 2025 caused real disruption to my business, but I appreciate that the team:
• Responded clearly afterward
• Fixed the issue
• Made an effort to compensate the losses

While the incident itself was frustrating, I believe the way a company reacts matters a lot — and in this case, they improved the situation.

I hope they continue improving:

I come from an engineering background so I'm aware that quality of an app is determined when there are issues and not what when everything is working seamlessly. After an outage, they sent a notification intimating my team and resolved it in a reasonable timeframe. The support contact I spoke to, Kemal, was very professional and helpful in the overall interaction. Highly recommended, just for how pleasant the support experience was when the app didn't work as expected.

Service outage lasting over 24 hours and still ongoing. No updates, no status notifications, no communication at all. Unacceptable reliability for a COD form app.
